Refund & Cancellation
Please note that My Hobby House implement a NO REFUND POLICY to avoid regular returners. In some instances you may cancel your unshipped order with 20% cancellation fees.
Manufacturer Damage and Defects
We offer 3 days time period after receipt of the order to inform us of order damage or defects. Please be informed that we do not bear the cost of packaging, insurance and shipping for the returned item in exchange for a new item. The item must then be carefully packed and returned to us in good condition. My Hobby House will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their replacement model within 3 days after the confirmation or refund if the model is out of stock. In additional, original shipping cost will not be refunded no matter your order has shipped or not. My Hobby House reserved the right to use any kind of delivery service for the replacement model.
Loss and Claim Policy
If your parcels go missing or damaged during delivery we will only refund the amount claimed from courier service. We are not liable to pay compensation for loss and damage to the parcels caused by Courier Service.
